Texas Hold'em rules
The TV, joining from your phone and the rest of how a table works are in How to play.
How a hand goes
- Blinds. The two players after the dealer put in the small blind and the big blind.
- Two cards each, face down, yours alone. A round of betting: fold, call or raise.
- The flop. Three cards face up for everyone to use. A round of betting.
- The turn. A fourth card. A round of betting.
- The river. A fifth card. The last round of betting.
- Showdown. The best five cards out of your two and the five on the table win the pot. If everyone else folds first, the last player in wins without showing.
